”Beautiful little house. GREAT location with paved roads to house. Owners are right next door and are very friendly and easy to work with. My group definitely wants to stay here again!”

”The cottage was exactly as described by the host - relaxing, private, less than 6 miles to dining and shopping in Brevard. Lots of waterfalls and hiking trails nearby. We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities at the cottage - hot tub, movie screen, and mountain views from the deck. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and there was a gas grill. The host thought of everything we needed to make us feel at home - plenty of towels, bath robes!, throws on the sofa, coffee pods and tea bags, TP...

”Perfectly appointed cottage with lovely covered porch for morning coffee and evening wine. Super easy and kind host. House has coffee and cream, which was nice! We will be back. Near DuPont Forest for great biking and close to Pisgah for hiking. ”

”Very nice place! Carol is very nice - greeted me in the driveway, she keeps a really nice garden and takes good care of her property. The place is not big but everything we needed - two full bedrooms plus a decent-sized living area. And I enjoyed hanging out on the screened patio any time of day and taking in the natural habitat. It’s a little bit of a walk to parts of downtown - seems like more of a drive. I would definitely stay here again!”

”This cabin is just as described. It felt like we were right at home. The bed was comfy. Kitchen was stocked with all the cooking items you would need--we did cook a few meals here. We also checked out several of the local restaurants and towns. We enjoyed several evenings on the enclosed deck--it was just so nice to sit and listen to nature and be lost in your thoughts. The neighborhood is beautiful. There is a cabin next door that can be rented as well--we talked about having our kids/grandkids...

”For our purposes, this property was perfect. It was a 5-minute drive to Brevard Music Center, and about a 7-minute walk to downtown. It is well maintained, and definitely a cut above most rental properties. If it’s available, we’ll certainly rent this property on future trips to Brevard. ”
