If you’re traveling with a large group of friends or family, you can also rent the second house of the villa and enjoy the entire property exclusively.

🏡 This beautiful two-level home combines modern style and functionality, offering bright and welcoming spaces for a relaxing stay.
Ground floor: spacious living room with lounge area, double sofa bed, and fully equipped open space kitchen. The living room opens onto a large furnished terrace with stunning sea views 🌊, perfect for outdoor dinners or relaxing moments.
Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, a small room with a double sofa bed, and 2 modern bathrooms with shower 🚿.
The house is equipped with air conditioning ❄️ and offers private outdoor parking 🚗 – a key convenience in the area.

Outside you'll find:
🏊‍♀️ A scenic pool (shared with the other house of the villa), perfect for cooling off on hot summer days, available from June to September.
🏊‍♂️ During the pool opening period, guests will also have a pool towel provided per person 🏖️, to fully enjoy sunny and relaxing days 🌞. You won't have to worry about a thing, we take care of your comfort!

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile with all the details, including the rental contract for your stay. For any need, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive in full freedom, without constraints.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORT
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: dish towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are present in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN?
• We offer a cot and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years.
• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• €1.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• Please respect the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of garbage.
• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.
