”Using Expedia, I reserved a room with a view and jaccuzi bath. When I arrived they tried to lodge me in a corner closet size room with no Jaccuzi or view. They said that was the room I reserved. From my perspective it was a classic “bait and switch”. I ended up getting the room I reserved for three nights instead of the five I paid for. ”

”Ok stay. Bed was nice. Shower and bath could need an upgrade. Breakfast and common area was great. Vibe was great. ”

”Hostellin respa oli todella avulias ja ystävällinen. Hostelli on kahden minuutin päässä keskusaukiolta. Huone siivottiin iltaan mennessä. Ainoa miinus siitä, että seinät ovat ohuet ja tien ääni kuuluu sisälle. Tosin yöksi liikenne loppui. ”

”Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel should invest in better kitchen utensils (pans, tissues, cutlery). The staff should check the room before check in to ensure that rooms are completely clean and in proper conditions. We had a slight issue with our room with a small animal leaving behing some waste but were immediately assigned another (better room). Food was great. ”

”This hostel was not prepared for our arrival, we were shown a maides room with one single bed when we booked 2 beds, the owner was rude and very unfriendly. We had to leave and fight with hotel.com to get a refund, which I still do not know if we got. you can stay at Hotel Alferez right down town for 1/2 the price with tv, big room private bath friendy staff. The discription said hotel was 7mib walk to center. Was way our in scetchy nieborhood. ”

”The staff are very helpful and the hotel is located close enough to town to be easily walkable. At the same time its quiet and way from the loud music in town. The room was exceptional and the grounds beautiful. Very pleasing.”
