”The property was nice in itself, room small, no smart tv, staff wasn't that nice. Check in took a while and we didn't even get a lot of information about the hotel still. We also had to ask 3 times for a dental kit before actually geting it. Gabriel had a bit of a bad attitude in the reception. Also they didn't inform us that only some of the water that they bring to the room is free of charge and Pedro in the reception still demanded the charge for 4 water cans. I myself work at the reception...

”We stayed at the hotel with family and friends for a week to attend a wedding It was very convenient, in a safe area and is well maintained. the housekeeping staff do a great job We ate at Canto several times - Food and service is excellent During our stay there was a festival lunch in the Grand Ballroom - the buffet spread, music and service was marvellous The highlight for us was The Grand Club. Such helpful, kind and pleasant staff and a good selection of food at breakfast and cocktail...

”Toinen puoli hotellista rantaan päin, rauhallinen, toinen puoli moottoritietä päin, siellä ei melun vuoksi juuri ikkunaa halunnut avata. Huone siisti ja huonepalvelu toimi hyvin. Respassa ymmärrettiin englantia melkein aina. Safkoista ei tietoa, kävin lähikortteleiden ravintoloissa, valikoimaa on. Ympäröivä Jardim Oceanicon alue on rauhallinen ja turvallisen oloinen (iltaisinkin) ja huomattavasti mielyttävämpää aluetta, kuin suurin osa Barra da Tijucasta. Vartin kävelymatkan päässä hotellista...

”Sou cliente do Hilton Barra pela 3a.vez e sempre qdo vou embora, já fico com vontade de retornar.., não só pelo ambiente agradável, confortável, charmoso e elegante como tb pelo atendimento dos funcionários, representados especialmente pelo Sr.Cristiano bem como o Sr. Renato no Club Lounge. Fui celebrar meu niver no Hilton e ainda convidei um casal amigo, que tb se hospedou e gostou. Só gostaria de sugerir que na estação do inverno, houvesse mais opções de pratos / iguarias quentes, como caldos...
