This stylish holiday apartment has been thoughtfully designed to create a calm, harmonious and comfortable atmosphere. The interior has not been arranged by chance: every detail, from the colours to the textures and furniture layout, has been carefully selected to create a balanced and welcoming space where you can immediately feel at home.

Upon entering, you are welcomed into a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing breakfast, lunch or a relaxed dinner during your stay. The kitchen includes a stove, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker and kettle. Everything you need is available for an easy and comfortable self-catering holiday.

The tastefully furnished living room offers a cosy place to relax, with a comfortable 2.5-seater sofa, a separate armchair, a coffee table and a television. The dining area, with a corner bench and two chairs, provides seating for approximately four people and creates a pleasant space for meals, games or a quiet moment together.

The main bedroom is bright and comfortable, featuring a spacious box spring bed with a top mattress measuring 180 x 210 cm. Bedside tables, a large wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror and an additional chest of drawers provide plenty of storage and practical comfort. The second bedroom is furnished with a single bed measuring 90 x 210 cm, a wardrobe and a bedside shelf.

The compact bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin with storage space for your toiletries. A heated mirror adds an extra touch of comfort, making the bathroom practical and pleasant to use throughout your stay.

Families with young children can book a cot and high chair free of charge, although these are not provided as standard. Pets are also welcome in this accommodation, with space for up to two pets.

Outside, the southwest-facing terrace is a wonderful place to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Comfortable outdoor chairs invite you to relax while taking in the lively surroundings, and a sunshade provides extra comfort on warm summer days. One free parking space is available at the accommodation, with additional paid visitor parking nearby.

Daily arrivals are possible, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals apply during holiday periods.Payment must be made in advance.Check-in is from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, guests must vacate the property by 9:30 a.m., and the key should be returned to the same location where it was collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bedding, so please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. You can check your booking to confirm if this applies.Overnight visitors must be registered and are only permitted to stay with prior approval and upon payment for bed linen and tourist tax.Pets are allowedBusiness bookings are available upon request.
