”The airport shuttle we chose was excellent. The welcoming was a quick process. Problem.... I notified our concierge the morning after check-in regarding a bar of soap still in our shower with hair on it. For the next two days I had to remind the staff to remove the soap. Could I have removed it? Sure, but it was the principle. They did finally remove the soap however the hair was still there. ”The spice bay restaurant had very tasty options from you to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cooper helped us out a lot with our bags and making sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I return to St Lucia! ”

”My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Landings Resort. The property is well-designed with both marina and beach access. We even got upgraded to a larger suite. There was a nice gym and tennis court which we used everyday. The Suru restaurant had good food except don’t order the chicken katsu roll. The only issues were: service was slow, our hot tub was lukewarm and no one came to fix it after request, and the coffee shop made terrible coffee and chai lattes. Would stay here again but eat...

”We loved everything about it- even though there was a couple of things that were disappointing.. don't know if it was because of the renovating and transforming to Capella from Discovery Marigot,but the staff was sometimes a bit asleep so to say. We got wrong bills , ordered things like coffee while eating lunch and it never came..
All in all it didn't have that much influence to our holiday,staff was so nice and polite,each and every one of them.
Tv in the room was bad,obviously it was reported...
