”We made a one night stop on a road trip- clean and comfortable room and bathroom, and friendly and efficient staff with a midnight check in. Breakfast was a typical hotel - but everything was clean, warm, and well stocked. I would absolutely recommend.”

The fronlt desk phone was always answered and always greeted us each time we entered or left the hotel. The room was super clean as it should be and spacious providing all of the amenities (Refrigerator, Micowave, Iron, Desk, chairs) that we needed. ”The Rooftop bar had a small menu, but what was offered was great. Breakfast is not included in the stay, but they do offer drip coffee and tea in the Lobby as a part of the stay. I did not go to the Lobby Bar. ”

”The staff was friendly but the property seems to be in declining condition. Shortly after check-in, and on two other occasions, I reported a malfunctioning smoke detector. Although the desk clerks reported it to maintenance, it was never fixed during my stay. As a result, I got almost no sleep because of the constant beeping.”

After checked in, unpacked all the belongings and settled down and switched on the TV which wasn't working, try to use the room telephone, that is also not working. When contacted the front desk, the women was so arrogant, and her reaction was like we're guilty because we booked their hotel, so I highly NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I officially complained to Expedia as they should consider removing these crappy hotel operators as...
