”Excellent breakfast and helpful employees and the entire building was very clean.”

”The room has a musty, stale smell as soon as I got there. The shower didn’t properly drain. It was fire red hair over everything and nats flying around. To make matters worse they called around 9am and I never requested a wake up call. I seriously drove from VA and still had to drive to Baton Rouge and needed all my sleep. Please do better”

”One of my best hotel experiences. Everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I have no doubt I will return when I visit Atlanta again. Every front desk personnel exuded kindness and care. The coffee shop personnel was also amazing.”

”Kinda dingy but luckily only stayed a night. It’s kitschy and cute. The building is a historic landmark and walking through the hotel, I definitely saw its age. The decor is cute and cohesive. The theming is fun and quirky. Would I stay here again? Probably not. But it’s alright if you’re not expecting luxury.”

”I’ve traveled many hotel properties and the gym workout facility was the absolute best that I’ve ever been in, so if you were athletic and like keeping your workouts while you travel, you would absolutely love their workout Facility!!”

”The pool was not open and I don't believe there was any notification that the pool was closed for renovations. The photos only show the upgraded rooms which isn't all the rooms. Our room was big and spacious but it was very very outdated. We had to switch rooms once because our room smelled like sewer.”

”Floor had grit and crumbs on it, hair in bathtub, and the hot water didn't work. Bed was clean and mostly comfortable. I wasn't overly bothered as I only needed a place to sleep before flying out of Atlanta for a trip. I would have been upset I needed to stay longer.”

”Scary people wandered in the parking lot. The first room they put me in stunk so much, I requested to be put in another room. The second room was a little better, but the carpet was old, and the floor felt sunken in by the doorway. Two of the lamp bases had rust like patches on them. Not business-friendly: The room was so very dark (even with ALL the lights on) that I couldn’t work in the room and left early, even though it made me lose money (because I had paid in advance).
