”We recently stayed at The Crossings in Ocean City, NJ, and overall had a pleasant experience. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The main downside was that the beds were quite uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Also, as first-time visitors to Ocean City and travelers from outside the area, we were unaware that beach tags are required to access the beach. It would have been very helpful...

”We love the location. Convenient to Ocean City. Convenient to WAWA. The rooms towards the back of the property are very quiet. What is bad is the condition of the property. Chairs wobbly. TV hard to use. Towel rack ripped off the wall and not replaced. No one attends the desk so we couldn't get any ice from ice machine. No breakfast. Coffee was make your own in the room only. It is a fantastic bargain for Ocran City but not well maintained.”

”I stayed 2 nights ,We didn’t have any water and the front desk man didn’t even offer us any ?I knew the 2 nd night that they have water bottles and they should have offered us , My booking was for 4 adults but seems I didn’t recognize that I didn’t select it properly so it was reserved as 2 only , so we were charged extra on the spot ? However he didn’t offer us any extra towels /soap /coffee , I had to ask for every thing multiple times ,

The staff could not be friendlier, they also had beach tags, towels and chairs to borrow. There are alot of steps but that is part of the charm....felt very safe, clean and so much fun.”

”Our room had a pull out couch for us to use for 2 of our guests. The first night we went to use it and opened it up to smell a horrific smell of urine that filled the entire room. The staff was helpful in getting us a roll away bed for that night but only had one and the other guest had to sleep on an air mattress. They kept saying they will take care of us but never heard from management. It was gross today the least.
