”Exceptional, I love a Westin, we know that. This Westin… has to be one of the best. The hotel itself, staff included, impeccable. Staff actually blew me away the level of hospitality on display more than once. The surrounding grounds are breathtaking. Exceptional real estate sandwiched between two very vibrant well kept public areas and across the road from a bustling plaza with everything you could need as far as food and entertainment. ”Our room was clean and bed was SO COMFY! This is a beautiful hotel with easy access to the highway, restaurants' and shopping close by too.
However, I wish there were "adults only" hours for pool and hot tub. At 10:30 on a Saturday night the pool was still full of loud kids, teens and outdoors at the hot tub people were smoking and kids there too. Not very relaxing.

She was super nice, and charming. When my dog forced me to get locked out of the room she helped us back in and carried part of my DoorDash meal as we trekked back to the 4th floor. She was a breath of fresh air. ”
