”Good”

”The room had a very musty smell.”

”We loved the way the. Hotel was decorated. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was great.”

”Never saw anyone that worked there until when we were pulling out to leave for home. No one there to check in had to do it by phone with the street noise in the background.”

”The room was okay, likely due to the discounted rate. However, there was a leak from the upstairs bathtub area that left the ceiling wet. Additionally, the edges of the carpet were dusty as if they hadn’t been vacuumed. While it was generally fine for a short stay and you get what you pay for, these issues need attention. On a positive note, the pancake machine was a great alternative to the usual waffle machine.”

”Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean.”

”The cutest most convenient little motel!!! The deco was adorable, room was so clean, staff amazingly friendly and breakfast yummy!! We will be back for sure and soon!!!”

”Our only draw back a little tight bathroom door and stool. Workers very pleasantl , clean I stayed there before but was under another name. Will stay again.”

”The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”

”This was my first stay at this Best Western. It was very quiet, well-staffed, clean, and comfortable. I don't remember a quieter room from climate control, street noise, and hallway noise. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the side chair with ottoman was perfect. Breakfast was better earlier in the shift unlike other places where business traffic is high. This hotel had concierge service for tickets and reservations, a plus. I was very satisfied with the value for the price!”
