”I loved the part that the bed was low enough on the floor I with being a shorter person could actually get in it. We stayed for 6 days and we did NOT have a chair in the room. We had the strait back desk chair but that was it. Very uncomfortable having to sit on the bed edge for hours. Then got VERY upset on day 3 we asked if our bathroom only coukd be freshed up and clean towels be put in. We were told no, they were not doing room cleanings during the week due to low staffing. ”We had a pet friendly room, however the floor was filthy (had not been mopped for a long time). Socks were nearly black the first night so we wore shoes all the time. Staff was very casual, did not say that the door needed to be locked when leaving, did not mention that there would be no breakfast until we asked the first morning and she said she did not have time to get supplies.”
