We had the strait back desk chair but that was it. Very uncomfortable having to sit on the bed edge for hours. Then got VERY upset on day 3 we asked if our bathroom only coukd be freshed up and clean towels be put in. We were told no, they were not doing room cleanings during the week due to low staffing. ”Check in was ok but a little different because they asked for both driver’s license to check in. The room was clean overall but had to go to Lobby for Ice machine since it was broken on 3 rd floor. Breakfasts had good selections. ”

”We had a pet friendly room, however the floor was filthy (had not been mopped for a long time). Socks were nearly black the first night so we wore shoes all the time. Staff was very casual, did not say that the door needed to be locked when leaving, did not mention that there would be no breakfast until we asked the first morning and she said she did not have time to get supplies.”

”If you are one of those people looking for the Grand Hyatt this is not your stop. Look it’s an older hotel and shows some age with the exterior and the interior. Couple cigarette burns in the furniture. But the rooms were super clean, the water was hot, and the shower had lots of pressure. Second time my wife and I have stayed here in last 2 years. They are dog friendly and have a nice little lot right next to the hotel for the dogs to do their business. They have breakfast in the lobby in...

”When we arrived there was no one to check us in. A child called someone to come check us in. When the staff arrived, they were nice and apologetic. The room was clean but could use some much needed updating. The breakfast was hot and there was a good variety. When we were ready to check out, the front door was locked and no one was in front office or in hospitality room. It is an older hotel but staff was nice. ”

”The manager Chris gave us a great deal and he was very helpful and pleasant but the properly in itself needs a lot of improvement and I understand they are under new management and changes may be happening. The beds/pillows are good. The cleaning of the room was poor and the faucets are rusted and maybe even moldy. I do see potential in this hotel. Some updates will definitely make it better but the pricing was EXCELLENT. ”

”We loved the stay but in being honest, there was a few things that we would like to mention. Thats what these are for, so I hope this is ok. My friend and I are pushing 70, I am disabled with cancer and we found that with our room being upstairs, with luggage the climb was really hard for us. The parking was confusing with no organized method of parking. Our window view was of the parking lot. BUT, on the good side, it was one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed at.
