”Bonne petite petite auberge en general, dommage que le matelas était très très dur et que certains aliments au petit-déjeuner étaient périmés : les buscuits et les biscottes, passe encore, mais le beurre... périmé depuis le 11 janvier on était le 4 mars et lorsqu'on l'a fait remarquer, la personne n'a rien dit, même pas une excuse. Bref, Sarzana est une magnifique petite ville et l'auberge est tres bien placée et a le mérite d'avoir un parking.”

”Vi ble møtt av et meget hyggelig personale som kunne sjekke oss inn ekstra tidlig. Rommet var også blitt oppgradert fra den delen av hotellet som har to stjerner til den delen som har tre- fordi de hadde ledig kapasitet. Rommet var over all forventning. Fin utsikt mot nabolaget, helt stille og rolig. Overraskende god frokost i en koselig liten frokost-restaurant. Det var også mulig å sitte ute. Strålende beliggenhet med kort vei til alt i gamlebyen i Lucca. Gåavstand til tog/buss-stasjon....

”The hotel is centrally located in La Spezia. You can walk to the railway station and harbour in ten minutes. The best thing about this hotel is its staff. They are very nice and helpful. The room itself would be ok, but the shower was the worst ever. There (in shower) is no space for an adult and water pressure was just too low so it is impossible to wash long hair. The amount of water coming out from the shower head was just ridiculous. Warm water even ran out a couple of times. Sound...

”A quick walk from the train station. You can take the stairs down to the street the property is on if you don't have much luggage. The owner's son communicated with us via WhatsApp and provided instructions for a contactless check-in. Seemed really nice and was super quick to respond to questions as well. You get access to a unit that has about 4 or 5 other rooms, and while it's really easy to hear any noise from the hallway, we didn't hear anything from neighbouring rooms through the walls....
