”A great stay with 4 friends and an immaculate property. ”

”A really excellent facility and perfect for a short stay! The room and en suite were very clean and equipped with everything I needed: coffee, tea, kettle etc. The only challenge were the two flights of very steep stairs up to the room. If I’d had more than a small hold all it would have been difficult to get up to and back down the stairs. Also with some mobility issues I did find the stairs worrying. Another point of frustration was that on a Monday night *nothing* is open for a meal at night...

”We had a lovely break in the Townhouse It was very convenient for sightseeing and very clean and well appointed. The only criticism would be that the property is let for 6 people (although there were 4 in our group) but there was only comfortable seating for 3 in the lounge.”

”I would like to point out that this property is not in Grantham but in South Witham, Grantham. This makes a great deal of difference and took us much longer to find and right out of our way. I suggest you correct this. The address given by you takes you to different part of the area and is confusing. So please correct it and add South Witham to the full address. ”

”Stay was fine for one night, everything was just a short walk. Dean was very helpful, making sure he was there on arrival. ”

”Very disappointed, Not happy as was advertised on hotels.com web site as dog friendly, but the shepherds hut was not we found out on arrival. Wendy the owner wasn’t happy as we had a small dog and she had to collect payment from us it should of been paid prior to arrival. And the fact it was cheaper through you. We had also booked another night through Bartop web site, and definitely wished we hadn’t. But now already paid for had no option to move on. Seemed as if all eyes on us being...

”Simple hotel. Good for the money. Could do with a fan/ac in the room for warmer nights and extras like a hairdryer. Handy being next to the services. ”

”Not very well organized with passwords etc. When I arrived, I had to wait for ~10-15 minutes for getting into the room because it was not ready. Location is not confortable. It is ~2 km from the city center and the railway station on foot. The bathroom is shared with others, but in my case it was clean and proper.”

”Worn-down. Smelly toilet. Many permanent residents.”

”Very dirty place, didn’t even dare having a shower, I stayed for the night cuz I am a student and couldn’t afford paying for an other accommodation when I had already paid for this one! The walls are paper thin... if you want good sleep don’t go there even if you’re on a budget ”
