”Took 30 minutes to find the apartment. Having to pack everything in was unreal. No water on hand to drink. Bugs and mold everywhere. Doesn’t have a private pool. No easy access to the beach. Rented for 7 days. Stayed 1 day. No refund, the property wanted the money up front. Worst place to ever rent!”

”Ventilator wasn't enough to cool the tent and was very lound (when it was on one could not hear the sounds of the jungle).
Cenotes were lovely, we enjoyed especially the fish spa.
Personnel was very friendly and helpful.
There was no white wine in the restaurant, but I think it was a temporary problem 😊”

”This place was sublime - beautiful garden and natural pool, roomy huts with screened porches, lovely helpful owner, just a few kilometers from Akumel beach and 30 km from Tulum ruins in a quiet, out of the way location. I’m sorry I was only staying one night. ”

”Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. ”
