”This hotel need a big upgrade it is falling apart. Most of the lift were out of order, we got stuck in one of them and the staff was very annoyed with us instead of apologising. The croissants at breakfast were old and we couldn’t eat it. Check in was very late at 4pm and they do the check out at 10:00am too early!! Overall not a good experience. I will not go back.”

”Hotels.com reservation did not work. I had the reservation number - they would not accept it and did not contact hotels.com right away. I had to get a screenshot from reservation after 45 minutes of struggle with mobiles and wifis. And after this they deny that we had breakfast included. Because there is no evidence of that... They did not even say sorry. Kindness level was worse than any hotel I've ever been in Finland.”

”Do not stay here.!!! Rooms not been cleaned for a long while 1st room covered in dust and bathroom stinking of sewers.
2nd room covered in dust, Dried blood on bed cover and pillow cases, tiles falling off walls in bathroom.
Breakfast was dreadfull did not eat beans cold, mushroom srivelled up like rubber bullets.
Apparently no manager on site to deal with this still awaiting his call to arange for a full refund. Will be contacting trading standards this place shold not be open to public as is a...

”We stayed at this hotel a couple of years ago but we were very disappointed this time. The takeaway breakfast bag was not available until after 4 o'clock and as we had an early morning shuttle we were not eligible. The car park is now chargeable at £6.00 overnight, previously it was free. The price we paid was far too much considering the quality of the hotel and we will not be back.”
