”It’s always tricky looking for family rooms for older children, it was fantastic to have a separate room for the two kids. The rooms are stylish and spotlessly clean.10 minute stroll into Chester centre along the canal. The hotel has a lovely friendly vibe with a great lobby/bar area with games and another upstairs with a pool table and a few arcade games. The staff were super friendly and inviting. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!!”

”I stayed a couple of nights on business and the hotel was the perfect location. The room and bed were both large and comfortable and the pool and sauna facilities were great after a day's work. Although located not far from the main road, the hotel is quiet and secluded enabling a peaceful night's sleep as well as the possibility of working online in the room.”

It was clean but damage to walls, pictures propped up on the floor, bulbs missing from lamp, sofa in lounge disgusting and dirty, no tv remote and worse of all it absolutely stunk of cannabis all night and no way of removing the smell as no air conditioning. Such a shame the location is great and the apartment could be much better, it just needs some tlc and some return communication from the ower. I messaged them about...

”The hotel seemed pretty sophisticated and the building was charming. The room was pretty small, but still had the essentials (bathroom, some snacks, tea, TV). Bed wasn't necessarily nice for a tall person, but other than that I slept okay, even though the walls were paper-thin (I would say maybe not the best option for light-sleepers).
