”The resort is an a sad state. The island is very beautiful, but essencially everything else was disappointing. Villas are outdated and in a poor condition. Staff is unprofessional, they will make you promises that will be never kept. Food quality is very low. Activities are not priced competitivly as they essencially trap you on the island with no access to any other providers (they charge handsomely to dock on the island). Avoid at all cost. ”

”The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is meticulously clean. It is very quiet, and everything is within walking distance. Airport transportation was smooth and arranged by the hotel staff. Port is 5 min walk away to hire a boat to go to magical islands within 20-30 minutes for snorkeling, swimming or seeing the rock formation and amazing nature. We would be repeating our visit here!”

”careful of the sugar/black ants, unavoidable but definitely no open food in the room and will be fine, they don't bite at least. other than that it was great. nice and quiet and a good escape from the city for a while. island hopping was reasonably priced and shorter boat ride away compared to other resorts. diving courses and tours offered for both novice and experienced divers which are excellent.”

”Majoitus oli kuvan kaunis paikka, mutta siellä ei kuitenkaan viihdy paria päivää pidempään. Palvelu oli hyvä ja ruoka kohtuu hyvää. Resortille mentiin veneellä Coronista. Meille sattui huono sää resortilla ollessa, joten odotimme sieltä pois pääsyä. Huonon sään sattuessa resortilta ei pääse pois, eikä siellä ole mitään tekemistä. Resortilta ei siis pääse kävellen minnekkään.”

”Et meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Vi lånte ejerens scooter 3 gange og havde gode oplevelser på turene. Værelset var stort og behageligt og der var roligt, nok fordi det var i lavsæson. ”We found paradise here. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Place was exceptionally clean and the views are picturesque. I could have just sat out at the balcony overlooking the bay for days. At night it has a Lake Cuomo feel. Very serene, just like the name says. Serenity”

”We spend three nights in Al faro and I have to say that it was best hotel where we have been and we travel quite a lot. Notice that hotel is in its own island and there is just j junge around it. ”人の少ないリゾートを求めている方にぴったりかと思います。珊瑚礁の綺麗な海、珍しい魚、満点の星空が見られます。太陽光で加熱した美味しい料理、温かいシャワー、自然に優しいシャンプーなどここにしかない工夫が見られてエコリゾートという名にふさわしいステキな場所でした。一つだけ難点を挙げるとするならばブスアンガ島からアイリス島までは専用の小型船で行くのですが、コロンタウンから船の乗り場までかなり遠いことです。送迎は宿泊費とは別途で30USDかかりました。また強風や暴雨はほぼないと思いますがおおよそ2人乗りの小さい船なので不安定で心配性の方は島にたどり着くまでが不安かもしれません。”

”Loved my 7 night stay -bed and the bedooms bigger than expected with large outdoor bathrooms . Thatched roofs with netting and views of either beach or pool. Right on the beach which is a very shallow lagoon out until the reef drops off - you can swim. Snorkel or kayak easily. Boat tours were all interesting and diving arranged through a partnership with another resorts dive shop worked well. ”

The property's greatest asset is its pristine location, situated mere steps from world-class diving spots. The diving team's expertise and friendly demeanor enhanced our underwater adventures, while the hotel staff's warm hospitality made us feel completely at home. The culinary experience was a delightful surprise, featuring hearty, home-style filipino cooking that perfectly matched the atmosphere. Each meal was generously portioned and flavorfully prepared, highlighting local ingredients. The private villas are thoughtfully equipped with essential amenities, allowing guests to fully embrace the natural surroundings. A special mention goes to Amber, the hotel's charming resident dog, who adds personality to the property while keeping the local monkeys at a distance! While the lack of air conditioning and limited WiFi coverage (restricted to the lobby and restaurant areas) might initially seem like drawbacks, we found they actually enhanced our stay. The digital detox we needed. All in all, I would definetly recommend this hotel for those looking into enjoying the best of Coron. Would come back in a heartbeat! "
