”We thought the room was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, with a nice view too. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The restaurant provided good quality food, with some interesting menu items that we enjoyed - pakora and haggis pastry with pepper sauce.
We really enjoyed our stay.”

”Brilliant view to the roof of the hotel with a massive cooling fan making noise all night. Not so nice actually. Restaurant is complicated and for a tourist a bit uncomfortable. The staff doesn't really make contact with you and you don't know when to order, where to order, how to pay etc.
It's a time machine. Stuck somewhere in 90's /2000. But clean at least and location is nice.”

”The suite was fantastic. The room was comfortable and well stocked. The tub/shower was a little bit of a challenge to get in and out of. But the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet. The restaurant downstairs was outstanding. Parking in back was tight but easy to use. The contactless entry and use was easy to use. Instructions provided were easy to follow.”

”Really nice room. Bathroom was lovely (some hairs in sink when we arrived, but not that a big deal).
There was a wedding on in the hotel, with music heard thumping in our room until quite late (we’re not killjoys, but it was impossible to sleep and very loud).
It would have been good to know this when booking, as we would have looked elsewhere. Called down to ask reception and they were dismissive and a bit rude. Also loud music heard in room in the morning as well.”
