”This must be one of the cleanest and most comfortable Ibis hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room is spacious, and the layout is very practical and well thought through. I have to underline just how clean it is—it’s absolutely spotless, from the carpet to the sink. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.”

”The room was very comfortable, the staff friendly and the swimming pool was the perfect temperature. We didn't use the gym. The hotel is within walking distance (or a short bus ride) from Headingly Cricket Ground (which is why we were in Leeds). We were in the bar watching the football for England v Croatia in the World Cup, but the service was still fast and there was a great atmosphere too.”

”Very disappointed that Blue Badge holders were forbidden to use the disabled parking spaces , as they were reserved for able body conference attendees. Doesn't the government have legislation on this?? We have stayed in a number of hotels in Harrogate, and this is our favourite ( so far).”

”The exterior of the hotel is lovely but once inside it’s very tired. The carpets are worn and stained. No air con or phone in the room. The tea/coffee was not refilled during the service. There is no lift in the section of hotel I was staying. The windows didn’t open much and the was no fan available. It was convenient for where I wanted to be. The staff I dealt with are very pleasant and there’s a large car park.”

”I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed. The hotel was quite old and lacked air conditioning, making it very uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. Unfortunately it was my fault that I didn’t check it beforehand. There were also no power plugs near the bed, which was inconvenient for charging devices. Overall, sleeping was nearly impossible due to the heat. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant updates are made.”

”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room.
