”Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.”

”To be honest, this is not my first choice in my businesstrip to Swansea, but the hotel just right next to a large parking lot and sitting close to waterfront makes it competitive. The room is large but the facility is basic, not even a refrigerator in the room, no laundry service in the hotel or nearby, it's less friendly to long staying customers.”

”Room wasn’t overly clean. Was dusty and had cobwebs.
This was a gold room and in picture advertising it showed a lovely bath which is why we chose it. When we got there it was a shower and we questioned it to be told it was just a catalogue picture and they had no baths! The shower was stained with orange and needed steam cleaning and bleaching. ”It is a nice property and suited the family well. Reception couldnt help us find where the property was. We had received clear instructions when we booked but with the lack of mobile signal, couldnt find this info when it mattered. All our fault, but we did take some time to locate the property”
