”No complementary breakfast but we already knew that from years prior. We've stayed at the Alice for the last 5 summers. Always for a week. And this by far was our worst visit. The room was dirty looked like they rushed to clean it. The pool had throw up in it for 3 days and yes we said something. Only one elevator was working. It just wasn't a pleasant visit. We miss the way it used to be there. Hopefully they make some changes for next year.”

”I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The double queen room was perfect for 3 people to share. It was spacious and cozy. Our balcony faced the highway, which was fine, and we enjoyed feeling that ocean breeze. The 2 staff that I encountered at the front desk during check in and check out were friendly and accommodating. Parking was great, plenty of space during the weekday. Location couldn't be better to access Fort Macon and Emerald Isle. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by....

”The location was wonderful! The property was beautiful! The only issue I have is that you check in at 4 PM on Friday and check out at 10 AM on Sunday. But you pay for two days. I did ask for an extended stay and they gave me up until 4 PM anyway. But we ended up checking out at 10:30 AM. Only because we already packed everything up and thought that we had to leave by 10 but otherwise everything was great and they were very accommodating.”
