”This was a pleasant surprise- front desk staff upgraded us to a suite with views of both harbor and mountains when we told them it was my partner’s birthday. All staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows and soft sheets. Location is right in the downtown area near all restaurants, shops, and public transit yet quite quiet. Our 3 night stay was excellent! Facility could use an update, but it was absolutely fine for us especially with the spacious...

”The front staff were friendly and helpful. There was no air conditioning and we actually were there on a couple of their rare hot days. But the staff gave us more fans, and it worked out fine. ”one of the best B&Bs I’ve ever been in. Everything was pristine, lots of comfy chairs in the lounge area. The bed was the most comfortable I’d ever slept in. The room was a good size. I will say that a lot of people like claw-foot tubs but I’m not a fan but it was fine. The breakfasts were phenomenal. The cook should start his own restaurant. Would stay here again in the heartbeat. ”

”This was the perfect getaway to truly disconnect from civilization for a while. A truly unique experience. The house is perfectly located on the waterfront with a view of the water in the mountains, with whales and seals swimming past. Our host took great care of us, including picking us up at the dock. There are some good local hiking, just watch out for the bears. Food and groceries are available, though limited. Everything is walkable, and there is beauty all around.”
