”The parking lot needs repaving!!! It is horrendous. For reals. The exterior is a bit shabby. The lobby is spectacular. The room was big and comfy. Please remove all carpet; it is a disgusting health hazzard. Otherwise, room interior and WC was very pleasent. There is a kettle and tea/coffee. Pool was cute. Jacuzzi nice. Lovely atrium. Staff nvery nice. Had a bit of a problem with food services woman who didn't know we had already paid. It is right across the street from the beach. Restaurants...

”The hotel generally and also the rooms were tired and dated and in need of a refresh/renovation. Price point for this specific hotel was too high. Breakfast was mediocre as was the bar. It was like something out of the 70's. I won't be returning.”

”The location is remote, peaceful and lovely. It's an old building and full of character with huge, comfortable rooms. All the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were a little limited, but adequate. We didn't enjoy the one dinner we had, but it was good value. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for its excellent value accommodation and location.”

”To be honest, this is not my first choice in my businesstrip to Swansea, but the hotel just right next to a large parking lot and sitting close to waterfront makes it competitive. The room is large but the facility is basic, not even a refrigerator in the room, no laundry service in the hotel or nearby, it's less friendly to long staying customers.”

”Enjoyable stay, great location and lovely pub. We would definitely stay again, the only niggles for us were the mattress could have been better quality (we like a good mattress) and the room being not so roomy meant that the unit with tea/coffee etc was quite crammed with the fan on it also so made it a bit of a chore space wise for making a cuppa. The breakfast was excellent quality my husband had the full breakfast which was lovely, good quality ingredients and plenty of it, the only bug bear...
