”Not worth of the money, not at all! It might look nice in the pictures and from outside, but is is horrible inside. The smell in corridors is very damp and bad and how the rooms are renovated, it must be rotten inside the walls. The room was clean (that is the only thing done right), but the smell of damp is in the towels too. I´ve never been a hotel that had so worn out sheets (it has holes in it..) All the sounds from the other rooms and corridor comes straight through the walls and...

”Hotel is in beautiful location by the shore, the view from the dining room was impressive. Perhaps other rooms had view on the shore, ours was for the dining room. Location as in Broadford does not have much to offer, though... Room was ok, good value for the price but noisy, you could easily hear other guests walking upstairs, floors were squeky. Wifi only worked in the lobby, not in the rooms, which was a big minus.”

”We are grateful for Kevin that he immediately responded to our call. We checked in around 1930, noticed that we had a problem with our boiler. He did his best to troubleshoot it but still not working. We were then upgraded to a new caravan nearest to the lake! He helped us transfer all our bags and goods. The place is relaxing and best sunset as well! ”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maclean Guest House. We were able to easily walk there from the train station and to then walk to the downtown area where all the shops, cafes, etc were located. The room was quite large and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed and then some! We highly recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation.”
