”Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, particularly liked the bathroom with the walk in shower, unlike some hotels that have the shower in the bath. Being an older person a walk in shower is much safer. As well, breakfast was included in the room price which is very helpful when travelling. Thank you Meritin Hotel for a pleasant comfortable stay.”

”Endroit exceptionnel avec un concept original de tube en béton mais qui s’intègrent parfaitement à la nature. Équipe adorable et réactive ainsi que le manager (qui est également celui du Theatre à Kuching, où nous avons séjourné). Tout est réfléchi pour passer 1 séjour idéal, bon restaurant, 2 piscines, une multitude de coins « détente », une bibliothèque et même 1 salle de prière. Vraiment rien a redire tout était parfait.”

”Overall is okay. For the toiletries, it is not complete, it would be great if they also provide tooth brush and tooth paste. In my opinion, the receptionist need to improve in behavior especially in talking with the customer. The welcome feels cold vibe, no smile at all, the tone like there no soul. Receptionist is important as it is the front liners of a hotel.”

”The hotel location was convenient, just by the main road. If you are travelling without a car, it’s convenient to book Grab from this hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious for 4 pax. Beds were comfortable, hot shower, good water pressure. There’s window but unfortunately you are not allowed to open it. There’s only aircond available in the room, no fan. The room was for 4 pax, they only gave 2 pairs of room slippers, but they gave 2 more upon request. Housekeeping have to be improved, toilet...

”Hotelli oli hienossa paikassa "luonnon ääressä" ja henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä. Huoneet olivat "elähtäneet". Länsimaisia asiakkaita oli vähän.”

”Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla ja lähistöllä on lukuisia ruokapaikkoja ja ostosmahdollisuuksia. Hotelli on melko uusi, huone oli tilava ja siinä oli kaikki tarpeellinen. Pyyhkeet vaihdettiin päivittäin, mutta kokolattiamattoa ei puhdistettu kertaakaan 2 vkon aikana. Henkilökunta ystävällinen. Hotellin oma ravintola vaikutti aika kalliilta, joten siinä ei tultu käyty kertaakaan.”
