”Everybody at this property was so incredibly friendly. It was clean all the time and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was good. Nothing special but it fills your belly. But I can’t get over how friendly everyone was. If we were ever in Savannah again, we will most certainly stay here. ”

”The hotel itself was fine, but the experience did not match what was advertised.
Breakfast was included in the reservation, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. However, when we arrived before the stated closing time, there was no food available at all.
Additionally, the staff member in charge of breakfast was rude to my 10-year-old daughter, telling her in an inappropriate tone that there was no waffle batter left, even though we were still within breakfast hours. When we...

”The check-in staff was very professional and the room was very neat. The only problem was that the cover for the 4 outlook box was missing exposing the wires inside. Also, the flush handle on the toilet did always not operate properly. ”

”Had too switch rooms upon arrival. First room a beeping sound started in the bathroom and would not stop phone didn't work and insufficient lighting. A lot of rust in bathroom with towel racks missing. Was told by hotel management that most of the phones in the room didn't work.”
