”Everything was great”

”Staff were mean and rude, we tried using the dining table at the lobby. They told us to leave just because we are carrying food from somewhere even though we bought coffee and fruits from the dining area. I paid almost $600 for my 2 days stay and I’m not allowed to use dining tables to eat? They did not even provide microwave inside the room the reason why we are in the lobby to find a place to warm our food and eat”

”Lähellä Disneytä, ja muita teemapuistoja. Oma huone olisi kaivannut hieman remonttia,mutta kaikin puolin riittävä ja keittiön varustelu, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu olivat käytännölliset. Paljon ravintoloita ja kauppa lähellä. Vuokra-autoa tarvitaan jos haluaa sujuvasti liikkua paikasta toiseen. ”

”Room is clean and meets all the basic requirements, but there is really nothing more. No coffee in the lobby except breakfast time. Two out of the three elevators were out of order during my 5 day stay. Ice machine was not working on my floor. Staff seemed to be less enthusiastic to be there (both night and morning shift). The breakfast crew was awesome though, ready to help and keeping the steady tidy.”

”The hotel had a musty smell. The beds were very hard but the worst was the sheets. They were the roughest sheets I have ever felt. Not sure if they were over starched or just low quality. Would not stay here again. ”

”Checked in early at 1pm expecting to have some great experience. The keys given were not working. And the logistical nightmare to send the security to my room to allow me into the room took forever. Finally after I went into the room, I saw the bathroom floor towels were missing. I was told to wait in the room for someone to come with the towels. I waited and they took forever to arrive. When I gave up and came out of the room and started walking out, the guy with the towels met me at the...
