”We visited Monteverde in the end of our vacation and it was definitely the right decision. Service was very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and large, but cold, especially at nights. I think this was the best hotel for our purpose to visit the Monteverde forest area and there were also easy bus connections to Santa Elena. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious!”

”We loved it here. Room was cleaned, and sheets and towels replaced daily. The staff was always smiling and so accommodating. I took a tumble on a hike and hurt my knee. When I told the front desk what happened and asked for ice, he gave me two ice packs instead of cubes, which was great! Parking was in a secure lot on site so no worries there. ”
