”This is a delightful hotel. The staff was so cheerful and helpful, the rooms are cleverly decorated and very clean, and the lobby is inviting with a coffee machine that brews a good cup. We found the bed to be very comfortable, and the robes included with the room to be a real treat for lounging while enjoying the urban view from the huge windows. The complementary bottle of Cabernet was amazingly smooth, too. The location is ideal for taking in performances at either the Balboa or Civic...
