”I loved the coziness of the property with the mix of cultures and being modern at the same time. I loved the books! Perhaps a few more things in the kitchen ie. potholders, another tea towel, broom. Perhaps some instructions right in the kitchen for how to use the stove and hot plate for those who are not familiar. Overall, I would love to stay here again!”

The unit is comfortable, spacious, and modern, also includes a full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher as well as a washer/dryer. Easy access to unit for check-in and excellent communication with City Relay staff (Akim). ”

”Great location in Battersea. A short walk to Clapham Junction allowing easy access to Gatwick Airport, Twickenham Stadium, and Central London. Area full of amenities, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars etc. everything is on the doorstep. Apartment was clean and spacious, surprisingly quiet given it’s location. Set over two floors. Had a few minor issues, but the was rectified promptly by the agents. Remained in constant contact throughout so that was very pleasing. Nice touch was a...

”We were told the toilet flush didn’t work which we were fine with, however when we arrived at the property there was an awful smell in the bathroom and when we opened the cupboard there was a poo wrapped in toilet paper in there. ”
