”Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were amazingly soft. The hotel provided us with 2 amazing robes. The gas fireplace made our room feel cozy and romantic. Our city view room was great! We were able to see the Space Needle building from our window. The 67 restaurant has a fantastic view. The food was delicious! Making reservations is a must! The coffee shop has very good coffee and Chai tea. The only downside is that it closes early. We had a wonderful time in Seattle!...

”I had no idea what a treat was in store for me until I went to Seattle and stayed at CitizenM! The room was crisp, clean with fresh decor! I really felt pampered! There was an issue with the door key after we adjusted for a later checkout time and the staff responded quickly and efficiently! I am very happy!”

”Room was clean, however we had adjoined rooms, and one had broken blinds and the other a bed light that wouldn’t turn off. Great room service food though!”

”We ate as a family, with young kids, and they forgot something for one child. There was also a drunk patron that was loud and swearing in a large group. We left earlier than we normally would and saw 2 other family that came after us, eat and leave fast. The layout of the restaurant and bar was awful.”

”Great location, comparably good price, kind staff, rooms were very clean and fresh. The other guests were respectful, not noisy, although we were there during the week. We did not visit the restaurant onsite, but it looked lovely. ”

”The staff was semi-friendly. The room was in horrible condition. The bed was broken on one side. When you sat down to get in on that side it basically went to the floor. The shower in the bathroom was terrible. It barely had any pressure and the spigot in it was pulled out of the wall. It was supposed to be a handicap shower but it had no sprayer if you needed to spray off the soap on you. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. ”
