”I stayed with my family for two nights. I had not realized when I made the reservation for the four of us that the price included only bed for the adults. Mr. Belek at the reception fixed this before I even got my mouth open with the greatest friendliness and we got such an amazing room. The view from the 25th floor, see the actual photo! ”The location was excellent. We had a couple of issues with our particular apartment though. After a couple of coolish showers, we realized that the hot and cold taps in the bathroom were reversed. It would have been helpful to know that right off the bat. We also had issues with the combination lock on the door on our arrival. The building concierge was able to help us with that. The only other problem we had was that our first cab driver wasn’t familiar with the Clarens towers and he dropped...
