”Lovely welcome with help with bags offered without asking. Friendly check in and immediate help when our ‘phone wouldn’t work in the room (not that we needed it- apart from to call reception to book our hour slot in for the spa facilities). Good service for food and drink on the evening and a lovely breakfast. My only slight ‘gripe’ is the hour allocation for the use of the spa area. I understand it’s to keep the number of people in the area limited but we got a bright orange ‘all inclusive...

”I booked this hotel due to it's facilities and wasn't disappointed with my ability to use the pool and hot tube. I will say though not the worst mattress it was very hollow in the middle and mostly in need of a replacement. My friend who slept on the single bed was quite happy though.”

”Stay was good. Room was ok, fan was VERY noisy in bathroom so had to switch off. No batteries in tv remote either. One bonus was there are Tesla superchargers at this site which for me was an added bonus.”

”Hotel was fine. Very central. Room was on the 3rd floor and after reading reviews about the lift not working I was thinking we would need to climb three flights but lift was working. We had a twin room which was fine. Very clean. Room was dimly lit even with bed lights and ceiling light on. Bathroom was clean and quite modern. Nice shower and lovely clean white towels. Soap dispenser didn’t work though. Bed was comfortable enough and felt very clean. Our room was to the back so not a very nice...

”- Room was great - Staff were great - Breakfast was decent enough. Cooked food could have been better, but it was sufficient. - Gym was ok, but the pool area wasn't the best. Changing room was dirty, pool was a bit merky and the sauna wasn't very hot. Overall, it was decent for the £95 we paid for b&b for the night for 3 people. Would go again, just not into the pool.”
