”Romer's was good, staff was friendly, room cleaned nicely every day. Area and rooms surprisingly quiet even though horel is in the middle of NYC. Pleasent surprise. We absolutley reccomend. Only downside was the breakfast, which we Europeans most likely just expect to be different. There was basically just sweets and pastry, no bread/ healthy options . ”

”A perfect stay in NYC. Wonderfully charming hotel in the theater district - so close to so much. Clean, quiet, and filled with character. My daughter and I were treated to a surprise upgrade to a room with a terrace and WOW!! Hotel staff could not have been nicer. Do not miss this hotel!”

”Olimme 5 yötä ja viihdyimme todella hyvin! Mukava ja helposti lähestyttävä henkilökunta, sekä kiva baari josta sai happy hour aikaan hyvään hintaan ruokaa sekä juomia! Voisin tulla uudestaan, mutta ehkä ensi kerralla valitsisimme Arlo Sohon koska pidimme kyseisestä alueesta huomattavasti enemmän. :)”

Apesar de nao ter cafe da manhã, disponibilizam bagels ou croissants diariamente. Equipe de recepcionistas muito prestativos, em especial MARILYN E DIANA.”

”Highly impressed by this hotel. They stored our luggage prior to check in, and gave us a complimentary room upgrade once checked in. Stafff was extremely friendly & helpful. Room was large, especially for nyc, and clean. ”

”The room was nice and comfortable, especially the bed. The carpet had some dustier parts by the walls, which wasn't too nice to notice. There were plenty of elevators and I didn't have to wait for them for a long time ever. The location is convenient for arriving/ departing by public transportation.”

”Room was clean which was nice as nyc hotels seem to often be very dirty. The staff was very confused and we had the same discussion every morning regarding if we had breakfast included or not. The hotel seems to advertise the rooftop quite heavily and it was one reason why we chose the hotel. However, it was booked for private events every night and we did not get to enjoy it a single time.”
