”The property is beautiful! Everything is exactly as Expedia details. The service was excellent. Upon our arrival we were able to get into our room early and they asked if we would like to wait for a pool view room. We went and got lunch and by the time we were finished, they text us that our room with was ready. The room was clean and the staff promptly delivered any extra towels, etc we needed. We would definitly book here through Expedia again.”

”The property is great for families. I am very particular about having a spotless kitchen and bathroom, and I would say that it met my expectations. We requested for a coffee K cup coffee machine and they provided it immediately. They have friendly staff and love the free caricature! The guy was very nice and he is an entertainer! Highly recommend this property. I just wished that the swimming pool is heated as I feel bad for the kids swimming in a cold water. But, other than that, we are happy...

”Thank you for taking care of me for about two weeks during our family trip. The room was very clean and I had a wonderful time. The children's room was also a unique, American-style room, and the children were delighted. I have absolutely no complaints, and I am nothing but grateful for being able to spend my time comfortably. I sometimes leave home and pass by the staff, and everyone was working with smiles, which was wonderful. I'm going to Florida again soon. I would like to stay here again...

”They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal”

”The room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated. ”
