I was however disappointed in the bed being so hard and there were SO many “fees!” I had secured a rate of $240/ nt x2 nights and my bill was over $900 with no food charges! ”I have visited this hotel many many times all the carpets are extremely worn however they are addressing this with a refurbishment currently three floors are blocked off and the exterior is being painted. The staff are all superb, the beds and mattresses are like sleeping on a cloud, can’t wait for the refurbishment to be completed.
