”Aamiaisella ei yhtään vihanneksia. Muuten kevyt perusaamiainen. Sijainti aivan loistava. Henkilökunta voisi paremmin neuvoa mistä mikäkin löytyy, kuten missä aamiainen nautitaan ja mistä pääsee lennoille jne.”

”Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more.
Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair...

”Ideally suited for the theatre and shopping.
Rooms were adequate but starting to look a bit tired.
Breakfast was included and surpassed expectation.
Very nice bar/lounge on 14 floor where breakfast was served.
Would book again.”

”It’s an average hotel that does the job. Having to request and wait for an iron and ironing board doesn’t feel very “4 star”. Decent location for what I needed though and usually a decent rate compared with some other hotels in Reading city centre.”

”We had a exceptionally bad stay here. Air con wasn't working at all and it was like +40C in the room. At least not in the second floor 250€ scum class room we had. We asked for a fan upon check-in from Emmanuel, didn't receive it. Asked it again when we came back to hotel around 11pm, never received it. Not a single word was heard after this. Now it was also too late for us to change the hotel as our flight is already some hours away.
We also had a used dirty towel in our bathroom while we got...
