”A perfectly pleasant stay. However it lacks the human touch. Everything is automated and seems organised to minimise interaction between host and guest. ”Why is it every time we visit Oban, there's a violent storm? We'd booked for two nights but on our day of travel Mathew phoned to advise all the roads were either flooded or blocked with landslips.
