”Worse experience ever!! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and I decided to book this hotel because it came up on Expedia and I thought it would be good! A bit pricey I though but since it was downtown and with a lake view I though what can go wrong? We arrived at 11pm because before that we went to dinner and another activity. When we got there the person behind the desk told us that the room with a king bed was given away to someone else, mind you I had paid ahead on the app....

”Hotel was in a great location and staff were nice. Nor many amenities were offered though. They had no bottled water to buy, no area to buy snacks or items you might need (ibuprofen, toothbrush, tampons). Rooms were clean but art decor was cheap and tacky. No decaf coffee in the rooms, no guide on the tv remotes. ”

”Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”
