”The reception is open business hours only, which was no problem for us. The reception service was very personal and friendly. The location is very good in Mayfair. A few steps from the lobby is a very nice Italian restaurant that serves delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners.”

”We stayed here for one week, from Friday to Friday. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of service and were assigned a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was never repaired during our entire stay. It appeared to be an ongoing issue that was not disclosed before our arrival. Housekeeping was also very limited. During the week, the room was cleaned only once and towels were replaced once. The bed sheets were never changed. The air conditioning did not work...

”There’s a lot to like about this location but the property is in rough shape. You are paying for the location not how the pictures look. Those photos must be old. We ended up having water dripping into the master bedroom and setting out pots to collect the water. Lots of water damage easily noticeable in the property. The host declined to refund anything or compensate in any way based on the sizable inconvenience. Again, you are paying a steep price for the location. I would think long and hard...
