”We loved the property. It was clean, very elegant. ”

”We stayed here for one week, from Friday to Friday. Upon arrival, we were informed that the elevator was out of service and were assigned a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was never repaired during our entire stay. It appeared to be an ongoing issue that was not disclosed before our arrival. Housekeeping was also very limited. During the week, the room was cleaned only once and towels were replaced once. The bed sheets were never changed. The air conditioning did not work...

”I came early to the apartment, but the house manager was so sweet that I could put my luggage there and he would make sure to bring it to the apartment when it was ready. And at the same time would let me know that I could get the keys in the keybox. Such a great service. Thanks again.”

”The reception is open business hours only, which was no problem for us. The reception service was very personal and friendly. The location is very good in Mayfair. A few steps from the lobby is a very nice Italian restaurant that serves delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners.”
