”The rooms were very clean and the staff is super attentive”

”I travel frequently and stay at a lot of business hotels, so I was disappointed by the front desk service here. The front desk agent answered my questions clearly, but her tone was cold and impatient. I found the way she spoke to me rude, and it made me feel unwelcome. I expect more courtesy from the front desk at a Marriott hotel”

”Pretty run down old hotel. The carpet in the room was so dirty I had to wear slippers or shoes. Also constant bad smell in the room. Everything is just super worn down and dingy. Other than that the location is good.”

”Need better gym equipment”

”Excellent!”

”The hotel is very centrally located and super close to the heart of the town. Easy to get on the public transport and get to where I needed to be, and also had a garage with in and out privileges - more expensive than other garages but I didn’t have to worry about my car. The room was beautiful on the 39th floor with an amazing view of the city and the bay - I loved it. Really spacious and the bed was so comfortable.”

”Clean room, good breakfast.”

”Suosikkihotelli friscossa. Mahtava spa ja sauna sekä aamupala. Kaikki hyvää ❤️”

”Overpriced hotel much better options at a lesser price”

”Convenient location, well maintained, super helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely stay again.”
