”We really enjoyed our stay at the Mour hotel. The only think we had an issue with was that you could not book breakfast at time of booking and had to pay separately when checking in. The staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was 10/10. We will definitely stay there again in future.”

”In general the hotel was of a good standard the food was very good at breakfast I feel that it lacked choice and beverages should of been more accessible.
The bedroom was of a very good standard but lacked a blind so that the curtains could be open and still have privacy where as now once the curtains are open there is no privacy and people can look in from the car park. The shower area could do with a shelf for the shampoo and body wash or dispenser.”

”Hotel is close to the city centre, and is relatively affordable. Room is realky quiet and bed confortable.
The personnel is not welcoming or polite: the reception seemed to be more busy with their own tasks than customers. In the breakfast room the personnel on weekdays nice, but during weekend seemingly on bad mood.

”The bedroom was clean, cool and comfortable, with a very good Freeview television unlike other hotels in Sheffield!
The bathroom was very clean with a powerful shower, although the flush on the loo needed a lot of strength.
The pool was clean and staff very helpful, with generous towel width.
Noise was a factor as even early on Sunday morning there seemed to be a live band nearby.
Breakfast was less than ideal with no gluten free options, table spoons given to eat cereal with and only fried...

”If you are visiting Sheffield you can’t go wrong with a stay at this hotel. So easy into sheffield( we were at the Arena) lovely and clean and new. Fab staff and service and food was great in restaurant.”
