The staff was amazing, beds were super comfortable with perfect pillows, the restaurant selection in the area including the Caribe Royale facilities was also good. The only improvement suggestion would be to add more protein and fruits (healthy options) to the breakfast. ”

”Nice updated room but oddly the door was a couple of inches or so too short and light beamed in. Can clearly hear the conversation of anyone standing by the door talking; such as the neighboring rooms. Wasn’t much of an issue since we didn’t sleep in the sitting area & the other guests were never there long. Unfortunately, the waterfall at the pool didn’t not work and the dj had only one beat. My young adult children thought the dj was terrible and would have preferred a playlist/radio. Overall...

”If you are going to the Disney parks and need a great place to stay with a large room with lots of amenities, the Sheraton Vistana is the perfect choice! It takes 5 minutes or less to the fun, and you are surrounded by lots of food and shopping options. Highly recommend. ”

”Love how updated and clean this hotel is . Very big and every corner look so nice, dated and clean including the carpet and I’m usually not a fan of carpet. Overall a great experience. Definitely will be back when in Orlando .”

”All staff members were very helpful from front desk to life guards to servers. Not a big deal for me but we did have an issue with the TV internet that never got resolved due to the short stay and the on site IT having never seen the error before. Can’t help that and again not a big deal. I’m sure this is an on going fight as well but the folks who smoke on their balconies. Hard to monitor that 24/7. Not a deal breaker in any means, you can’t control what people do. Other than the at everything...

”Great for families. Tucked in resort that’s pretty spread out. Spa was fully booked, so I’d suggest prearranging. Room service needs a reboot. The products weren’t the best. Very comfortable bed. ”

”Best Airport shuttle service and they will also drive you to restaurants and back. Gorgeous lobby, excellent restaurant. Huge rooms/ AC, Water Temp and Water pressure could be improved. Most room furniture is updated, some items not.”
