”The main common use amenities looked great and well maintained. The room we had booked with a double bed was clearly in need of some attention. The bathtub was flooding and when attempting to fix it , hair and residue was stuck at the bottom. The sliding door was held shut with an old lock that didn’t look like it belonged and there were several areas of badly repainted surfaces. Not what I was expecting when I came here.”

”Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful and patient with my wife and I. We had some special needs that were essential for our stay and they were all pleasantly taken care of. Our room was very clean and met and exceeded our requests for our stay in SF. I would consider staying there again for sure. I should note that we are not "city" folks so, this was a big relief for us to be so well looked after and communicated with. Thank each and everyone of you.”

”Pretty run down old hotel. The carpet in the room was so dirty I had to wear slippers or shoes. Also constant bad smell in the room. Everything is just super worn down and dingy. Other than that the location is good.”
