Not only was the room incredibly nice and comfortable, but the staff were so kind and helpful. One of the staff members was on her first day and gave us recommendations for the city. ”The basic room was neat but wasnt exactly clean - we found trash in the corners of the bed and the carpet wasnt vaccuumed properly. Hotel’s location was amazing and we enjoyed the breakfast! It would be nice to somehow get light inside the room in the morning without opening the ’bathroom’ shade.”

”Really enjoyed this property, other than the lack of parking. We found the closest place to park was at Buchanan Galleries at over £20/night. This is a 2 block walk to the hotel.
