Aamiainen on vähän sotkuinen eikä mikään ihmeellinen, perusbuffetti. Kävelymatka Peeblesiin jossa voi iltaisin käydä syömässä. Spa osastoa...

”Outstanding and caring staff optimised our stay. Gorgeous food and it was great to chat with the owner.
Suggest an EV charge point for guests would be an enhancement. There was a commercial point just a couple of miles away in town, but being able to charge overnight would save time in our day and make sure we were ready to travel around visiting the region.
Only minor inconvenience was the shower: needing to be handheld is not a ‘luxury’ feature as listed - if they could be properly wall...

”Quiet area, no dedicated parking spot. Under flight path for Edinburgh airport, so could be loud at times. Reasonably clean, lovely welcoming basket. Says suitable for 8, stated 2 bathrooms but only 1 full bath. …really only suitable for 4 adults. States washer and dryer but no electric dryer, just a rack. Amenities, including beds and towels were low quality. There wasn’t enough cutlery for all of us and the pans were burnt. Should be assessed by property owner. ”

”What a wonderful find.
The house is a great location, Just a few minute walk from the train station which takes just 20 minutes to Edinburgh and a shirt uber ride from the airport.
The supermarket and other amenities are just a short walk.
The house had all amenities we needed.
4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom toilet meant a group of 6 adults had plenty of space. ”

”Beautiful cottage stay for our small family for a New Year break. We arrived to a lovely gift and Christmas decorations around the home which made it extra special. Beautifully well kept, helpful but not overly involved hosts and a splendid location.”
