”I plumped for one of their rooms without a window as I wasn’t there to admire the scenery. The bed was massive but perhaps a bit hard for my taste, other than that the room had everything you needed. The first day I discovered that 9 o’clock wasn’t a good time for breakfast, the place was rammed full and people were often waiting on specific items. ”This hotel has excellent location: all the attractions of Birmingham city center are just a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel is clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is courteous and helpful. Wi-Fi connection is ok, Breakfast is good though not great. Standard English breakfast items are well presented as well as cereals etc. No pancakes or smoked fish though, at least when I stayed there.”
