Staff was helpful and friendly during every interaction. I really loved all the benefits you received through the destination fee. Property was clean and attentive. ”The room was dated (East tower), old brown carpet and wallpaper. Poor lighting. Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early. Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators. Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor. Views from the room was great. ”

”Pyysin esteeettömän huoneen. Sain huonen jossa oli turvallisuusriskejä. Se onneksi vaihdetiin turvallisempaan. Silti sänky oliliian korkealiikuntavammaiselle. Siivouksesta perittiin eri maksu, Maksuperusteita ei annettu etukäteen, joskin kerrottiin lisämaksuista ja varausmaksusta. Hotellissa oli jonkinlainen kioski-kahvila, ei ravintolaa. Avoinna vain aamulla ja illalla. Vastasi korkeintaan 3 tähden hotellia”

The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip. Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. ”
