”Hotel was decently clean, even if I had to ask for a new cleaning of my room right after check in. The hotel understood the problem right away and apologised. Punlic spaces were all clean and nice. The room air conditioning and heating was hit and miss, most of the time it was either a bit too chilly or toasty, but could be adjusted when it swung. The gym is a bit barebones with mostly running and crosstraining machines with some free weights, but just enough for a few days. Laundry room worked...

”Fantastic location near our daughter, who lives in Hyde Park. Warm, welcoming staff who accommodated an early check in for very weary travelers. Room was nice, bed comfy. Only reason for 4 stars was that the restaurant affiliated with the hotel was closed on Sunday evenings. We had a nice meal in the bar by the fireplace but the table was bar-size and didn’t have enough room for our dinner plates and appetizers. Would definitely return to the sophy for all the other pluses it offers. ”

”The staff members were all very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The area had lots of restaurants within walking distance and it was an easy drive to the hospital where my son was admitted. ”

”I didn't have an airport shuttle. I was a little difficult to distinguish between the two properties. Breakfast was inexpensive but realky should have come with the room expense. The bar and bartender were warm and welcoming. The restaurant at night looked closed and uninviting. All in all no complaints. ”

”This property should not even be listed on Expedia. The staff here is horrible. And so is the ownership. Once you book your nonrefundable stay, they will email you to send them them $500 with Zelle, using “friends and family” as the category. This is not listed anywhere in the process of booking, and it is also against the terms and conditions for Zelle. Find somewhere else to stay.”

”Convenient location to train station and airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was good sized with dining area and equipped with all the conviences. Unfortunately the hot water was not working the night we stayed and the tub was a little cringy (not sure if I would have wanted to use it even if there had been hot water). Bed was clean and comfortable and a safe place to crash before catching an early flight.”

”Tullessani puolen yön aikaan hiukan tyly vanhempi mies vastaanotossa ei hyväksynyt luttokorttejani, jotka kyllä kävivät seuraavassa hotellissa ja autovuokraamossa, vaan jouduin maksamaan käteisellä. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä ja portaat kapeat ja jyrkähköt. Hiukan nuhraantuneessa huoneessa oli uutta ikkunat, ilmastointilaite ja televisio. Aamiainen ei kuulu hintaan, mutta alhaalla oli huone, jossa oli jääkaappi omien eväiden säilytykseen ja mikroaaltouuni, sieltä sai myös aina kahvia....
